DECISION MANAGEMENT MODELS FOR GLOBAL Chief information officers

A decade ago we created a software model that could be customized by company to score, map and compare hundreds of projects and investments on identical decision criteria.  In the last ten years more than twenty four thousand projects have been evaluated and improved for companies that include Avon, Gillette, Campbell Soup, TJX and LL Bean. The model has identified risk factors to reduce to improve the success of critical IT projects. It has allowed CIO’s to demonstrate and increase the strategic value factors of ongoing and proposed technology projects and programs. The success of the model has led to its customization and use for strategic planning, branding and sustainability.

SUSTAINABILITY BRANDING FOR GLOBAL FASHION LEADERS

Global consumers are increasingly looking for fashion brands that have sustainability options. Leading brands have asked for our help to rebrand themselves as sustainable fashion leaders. We have created and conducted surveys of several thousand Millennials to determine their buying preferences and behaviors for sustainable footwear options. Those results have enabled us to work with those companies to create Sustainable Brand Purpose statements, internal employee branding campaigns and consumer branding strategies that enhance their sustainability advantages.
